Corrugated Cardboard Making Machine Details

Paper machine is divided into the following parts: headbox, wire section, press section, front drying section, surface sizing machine, back dryer section, reeling section.

1. Headbox: Air-cushioned headbox, by controlling the headbox gas pressure to control and stabilize the sizing pressure head of wire pulp.

2. Wire section: Single long wire, the main components: chest roll, forming plate, dehydration board, vacuum box, vacuum underlying rollers, drive roll, guide roller and rack.

3. Press section: A K-type composite press with a vacuum suction roller, K-type composite press is equipped with a coated metal roller, a vacuum press roll, a stone roller, and with the next felt; two press, three press for the big roll diameter press, each with two coated metal roller, and with, under the felt. A press, two presses, three presses are equipped with a felt roller and felt section box.

4. Drying part front dryer section: 24 Φ1800 dryer cylinder, 8 +8 +8 group drive, with semi-enclosed hood; Back dryer section is 12Φ1800 dryer, 6+6 group drive, with semi-enclosed hood.

5. Skewed surface sizing machine: The surface of a chrome-plated metal roll, one package of metal roller. The surface of the press is pressurized by corrugated gas.

6. Coiling: Pneumatic Horizontal Rollers
